This build turns your Paladin into a two-handed fighter who levels to 60 solo, with very few breaks. The damage comes from Holy Strike, Seal of Command and a Judgement that does not use the global cooldown; the Mana you don't spend you turn into healing. It follows the Paladin trees rebuilt on October 30 and relies on Champion of the Light and Unsealed Wrath.

How to play it

What leveling with this build is like
It is a solid path: you hit one enemy hard at a time, heal yourself when needed and rarely stop. The priority takes a few minutes to learn; the choice that really matters is the right seal for the weapon in your hands.

The talent path
10-14: Deflection, to parry more attacks while you are on your own.
From 15: damage with Improved Judgement and Conviction, Mana with Sanctified Judgement, which gives you back part of the seal's cost on every Judgement.
20-21: Pursuit of Justice. The extra speed, on foot as well as mounted, never switches off and comes in handy in the long weapon quest that starts right at 20.
Along the way you complete the damage core: Seal of Command, Sacred Arbiter (it strengthens Holy Strike and makes it refresh the Judgements already on the target), Two-Handed Weapon Specialization and Vengeance, a damage bonus that stacks with every crit.
30: Repentance, which takes a humanoid out of the fight and lets you handle two enemies at once.
35-39: Champion of the Light: from here Intellect gives you spell damage too.
40: Unsealed Wrath, at the top of the Retribution tree.
From 41: the 18 Holy points come in. Divine Strength (Strength), Reverence (Mana regeneration that continues while you cast), Improved Seals, Holy Conduit (cheaper Consecration, Exorcism and Hammer of Wrath), Purifying Power (shorter cooldown for Exorcism and Holy Wrath) and Divine Precision (hit with Holy spells).

The button order
Out of combat pick an aura (Devotion as a rule, Retribution against several enemies or in a group) and a Blessing: Might, then Kings from 20. If the fight will be long, make your first Judgement with Seal of the Crusader, which exposes the target to Holy damage; then put on your damage seal and use Judgement and Holy Strike on every cooldown. With Seal of Command it pays to disable before you judge: on a target hit by Hammer of Justice or Repentance the Judgement deals more damage, and a Repentance + Judgement macro does it all without breaking the CC. Consecration when Mana is plentiful or you face at least two enemies that will last; Exorcism against Demons and Undead, or as a ranged hit to pull; from 44 Hammer of Wrath for anyone trying to flee. When the next hit is enough to kill, don't refresh the seal and keep the Mana for Holy Light.

Weapon, seal and stats
Your weapon decides which seal to use. While you use the slow weapons of the early game Seal of Command is the right choice; when you find a fast weapon or your Spell Power grows a lot, Seal of Righteousness does more and the Seal of Command point is free to move. Look for a weapon with Spell Power early. After the weapon come hit and Expertise, then Spell Power and Intellect, which gains value with Champion of the Light, then crit, Strength and Attack Power, and Agility last.

Strengths

Against a single enemy you deal solid damage, and the button priority is easy to learn.
Hard to bring down: you heal yourself and have immunities and strong blessings.
Very little downtime, thanks to the Mana that Sanctified Judgement and Reverence give you back.
Repentance lets you take a humanoid out of the fight and face two at a time.

Weaknesses

You struggle against casters and have no slows for enemies that run away.
Pulling from range is a problem, because Exorcism only hits Demons and Undead.
Outside Pursuit of Justice you move little, and if your gear mixes different stats you make poor use of Spell Power.
Made for leveling: at 60, swap it out.

Notes

Pick up the weapon quest as soon as you reach 20 (Alliance: Verigan's Fist; Horde: Wolfsbane): it crosses both continents and stays with you for several levels.
When things go wrong: with Blessing of Freedom and Pursuit of Justice you break free and escape, with Hammer of Justice you buy the time for a heal; as last resorts you still have Lay on Hands, Divine Protection and Blessing of Protection.
Professions: Mining and Blacksmithing supply you with weapons and mail and plate armor; Engineering if you care about PvP, because grenades make up for the lack of slows. Cooking and First Aid cut down on breaks.
In Forever's dungeons experience comes mostly from the quests: go in with the quests or for a specific item.
At 40 get Dual Specialization instead of paying for talent respecs.
Possible races: Human and Dwarf in the Alliance; in the Horde the Undead, a new combination in Forever.
